DO I NEED A TICKET?

Yes. Sessions on The Monster inflatable are ticketed and will run through the day in 30-minute blocks during site opening hours.  You will need to purchase a ticket in advance or at the door to experience The Monster.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Tickets are limited so don’t miss out by booking yours today. The Monster sessions are ticketed and will run through the day in 30-minute blocks during the site hours of operation, with separate timeslots for youth and family sessions.

Ticket prices and details can be found HERE and includes one full circuit on The Monster, and access to the event arena where you’ll find live DJ’s, mega-ball pits, inflatable hangout sofas, and a fun atmosphere with multiple food and beverage options.

You can arrive at any time throughout the day and stay as long as you want – but you will only be allowed on to The Monster inflatable at your allocated time slot.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO GO ON THE MONSTER?

Afraid so – for the adult sessions, as per the daily site hours, you will need to be 16 or over.

Anyone 17 years of age and under will require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver on their behalf before they can tackle The Monster.

To ensure everyone’s safety, all 7-to-15-year old’s (minimum height of 1 metre) are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst on the course.

During our Family Friendly hours, youth and accompanying adults can run the course multiple times, subject to course capacity following their time slots.  These youth sessions are for 7-to-15-year old’s (minimum height of 1 metre) and occur each day during the below times:

  • Thursday, June 8th and Friday, June 9th from 12:00PM – 5:00PM

  • Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 12th from 10:30AM – 5:00PM

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled Monster session (ex. if your session is at 12:30PM, please arrive no later than 12:00PM). This will give you enough time to exchange your ticket for your wristband and sign the liability waiver, drop your stuff in at the free coat check area, and get ready to experience The Monster! The earlier you arrive the more prepared you will be for your experience! Feel free to arrive as early as you want to enjoy the party!

WHAT TIME DOES THE SITE OPEN AND CLOSE?

The site operating hours are:

  • Thursday, June 8th – 11:30AM – 10:00PM

HOW LONG DOES THE MONSTER TAKE TO GO ROUND?

Depending on how fit, strong, and ambitious you are, The Monster can take anywhere from about 10-30 minutes to go round. On average we’d say around 15-20 minutes. With a hangover, it can feel like a lifetime!

DO I NEED TO BE REALLY FIT AND STRONG TO DO THE MONSTER?

No. Whilst, The Monster is challenging and demanding at times, you can take it at your own pace and if you can’t do one of the obstacles, we’ll help you out. It’s all about having fun at the end of the day.

IS THE MONSTER ACCESSIBLE?

The site and some of the inflatables are designed to be accessible, however parts of the course are not completely accessible, with a minimum height of 1 metre required to safely complete the course.   Please contact the Monster team for more details.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We would advise light and stretchy clothing to get the most out of your experience. At the end of the day The Monster is a physical obstacle course. You’re best off in Active Wear! Yeah we said it – Active Wear! Shoes are not permitted on The Monster.  You can wear socks, but you are better off in bare-feet. Fancy Dress is also recommended!!

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our outdoor events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, text message, and on the social media outlets.

CAN I TAKE FOOD AND DRINK WITH ME?

No afraid not, but we have the best street food and refreshing beverages on offer all day (both with and without alcohol!)
